PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal today allowed the temporary release of Rosmah Mansor’s passport for her to be in Singapore to meet her daughter and a grandson who is unwell.
A three-member bench chaired by Justice Kamaludin Md Said made the order after hearing submissions from Rosmah’s lawyer, Jagjit Singh.
Deputy public prosecutor Poh Yih Tinn did not object to the application.
Kamaludin said the passport will be released today for Rosmah to be in Singapore between March 23 and May 6.
“In view of there being no objection from the prosecution, this application is unanimously allowed,” said Kamaludin, who sat with Justices Hadhariah Syed Ismail and Azman Abdullah.
