PEARLY AND THINAAH EAGER TO SHINE AT PERODUA MALAYSIA MASTERS

Malaysia’s top women’s doubles pair, Pearly Tan and M. Thinaah, are eager to make a strong showing at the PERODUA Malaysia Masters 2024, aiming to capture the title after nearly a month without competing.

Pearly and Thinaah, who did not participate in the Uber Cup squad, are excited to use this Super 500 event to refine their game in preparation for the Paris 2024 Olympics this July.

“Every player dreams of winning titles, and we are no different,” Pearly said. “The key is to maintain our momentum, take it step by step, focus on our game, and avoid any injuries.”

“We are thrilled to be playing at the PERODUA Masters, especially on home ground after such a long break,” Thinaah said. “We started a bit slow initially, but we picked up momentum in the second set. We’re trying out some new strategies here and hope to keep improving our rhythm.”
